Why is my face picture here at the fitness challenge? This is because I have taken the development of this new field of fitness in Estonia as a matter of my heart.<\/p><p>I see great potential in the fitness challenge, and precisely because it is the first fitness field where the winner is not determined by visual observation, but by real physical performance.<\/p><p>The growth of fitness areas has been impressive, and as of today, fitness and bodybuilding is the number one sport in Estonia. There are a lot of hobbyists and the number of competitors has also increased, but it is still not a large percentage if you look at the number of competitors from the total number of hobbyists. For the most part, the obstacle is that people like to exercise, but it is not recommended to expose themselves on stage in skimpy clothes. Here I see the fitness challenge as a lifeline.<\/p><p>I hope that you will find enough information on this page to help you better understand the nature and rules of the field, and I want you to know that you are very welcome to compete and join the fitness challenge family!
